- Wrack (yeni, 31 puanlık milestone talent): Her saniye Shadow hasarı veriyor ve hedefin Warlock'un diğer Shadow damage-over-time etkilerinden aldığı hasarı artırıyor. Blizzard bunu, Affliction Warlock'un DoT'larını yenilemediği ya da Nightfall'dan instant Shadow Bolt atmadığı zamanlarda kullanacağı ana spell olarak tanımlıyor.
- Pandemic (yeni): Corruption, Bane of Agony, Bane of Doom, Drain Soul, Drain Life, Siphon Life ve Wrack'in critical strike hasar bonusunu artırıyor.
- Malediction (yeni): Warlock spell'lerinin bütün periyodik hasarını artırıyor.
- Improved Drains (yeni): Drain Life, Drain Soul ve Wrack'in drain ettiği health'i ya da verdiği hasarı artırıyor.
- Malevolence (yeni): Shadow spell'lerin critical strike şansını artırıyor.
- Soul Siphon: Hedefteki diğer Affliction spell'lerinin sayısına göre Drain Life, Drain Soul ve Wrack'in etkisini artırıyor.
