- Wild Growth (yeni, 31 puanlık milestone talent): Hedefin party'sindeki herkese (pet'ler dahil) 7 saniyelik bir heal-over-time bırakıyor. Etki güçlü başlıyor ve her saniye azalıyor. 6 saniye cooldown'u ve yüksek mana maliyeti var.
- Swiftmend: Ağacın sonundan 16 puanlık milestone konumuna taşındı ve hedefteki Rejuvenation ya da Regrowth'u artık tüketmiyor.
- Gift of the Earthmother (yeni, 11 puanlık milestone talent): Rejuvenation, Swiftmend ve Wild Growth'un global cooldown'unu kısaltıyor.
- Living Spirit (yeni): Spirit'i yüzde olarak artırıyor.
- Furor: Cat Form kısmı yeniden tasarlandı. Druid, Cat Form dışında geçirdiği sürede de Energy biriktiriyor; Blizzard'ın açıklamasına göre Bear Form'a geçince bu Energy siliniyor ve amaç "bear-weaving" oyununu engellemek.
- Naturalist: Eski Improved Healing Touch. Verilen bütün hasarı da yüzde olarak artırıyor.
- Natural Shapeshifter: Balance'tan Restoration'a taşındı.
- Improved Tranquility: Tranquility'nin cooldown'unu da kısaltıyor.
