- Shadowform: Artık healing dışındaki bütün spell'ler Shadowform'da atılabiliyor. Shadow spell'lerin mana maliyetini yarıya indiriyor ve critical strike hasar bonusunu artırıyor; buna karşılık Shadow hasarına verdiği doğrudan bonus düşürüldü.
- Vampiric Embrace: 16 puanlık milestone talent oldu. 30 saniye sürüyor ve 1 dakika cooldown'u var.
- Improved Mind Flay (yeni): Mind Flay'in hasarını ve menzilini artırıyor, yavaşlatma etkisini ise azaltıyor.
- Devouring Contagion (yeni): Devouring Plague'in mana maliyetini düşürüyor. Hedef Devouring Plague'in etkisindeyken ölürse, kalan süresiyle yakındaki başka bir düşmana sıçrıyor.
- Early Demise (yeni): Health'i %20 ve altındaki hedeflerde Shadow Word: Death'in critical strike şansını artırıyor.
- Shadow Weaving: Artık yalnızca spell'i atan Priest'in hasarını artırıyor; party ve raid'in geri kalanına yaramıyor.
