- Ice Lance (yeni, 11 puanlık milestone talent): Instant cast. Düşük hasar veriyor, ancak hedef Frozen ise (ya da Fingers of Frost ile Frozen sayılıyorsa) hasarı %300 artıyor.
- Fingers of Frost (yeni): Chill etkilerine, sonraki spell'lerin hedefi Frozen saymasını sağlayan charge'lar verme şansı kazandırıyor. Ön koşulu Ice Lance.
- Ice Block: 16 puanlık milestone talent konumuna, bir satır yukarı taşındı.
- Cold Snap: 21 puanlık milestone talent oldu; cooldown'u 5 dakikadan 10 dakikaya çıktı.
- Improved Blizzard: Yavaşlatma etkisi en fazla %40 (eskiden %65). Blizzard bunu, Frost Mage'lerin instance'ları AoE farm'layarak oyun ekonomisini bozmasını sınırlamak için yaptığını söylüyor.
- Winter's Chill: Artık yalnızca spell'i atan Mage'e yarıyor.
- Shatter: Ön koşul olarak Improved Frost Nova istemiyor.
